AURA offers three membership tiers:
Essence (priority access
and 24/7 concierge),
Elite (includes a personal
lifestyle manager and VIP services), and
Imperial (invitation-only

Is there an annual fee for membership?
Yes, AURA membership operates on an annual fee structure. Pricing
varies by tier and is shared during the application process.
Members also pay separately for services and bookings, though
members receive priority access, exclusive rates, and
complimentary upgrades.
Can non-members use AURA services?
Yes, AURA serves both members and non-members. However, members
enjoy priority booking, preferred rates, access to exclusive
experiences, and dedicated support. Non-members can contact us for
bespoke services on a case-by-case basis.
What destinations are included in membership?
AURA operates across
Mykonos, Ibiza, Rome, Milan, Dubai, and select winter destinations including
Courchevel, St. Moritz, Aspen, Cortina, Madonna di Campiglio,
and Courmayeur. Elite and Imperial members can also request services in
additional locations globally.

What services does AURA provide?
AURA offers comprehensive luxury concierge services including:
private villa bookings, superyacht charters, restaurant
reservations, VIP event access, nightclub table bookings, private
jet coordination, chauffeur services, personal security, wellness
& spa experiences, and fully customized itineraries. We also
provide access to exclusive partner venues and off-market
properties.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least
2-4 weeks in advance for
peak season travel (summer in Mykonos/Ibiza, winter in ski
destinations). However, AURA members often receive priority access
to last-minute availability. For large events, villas, or yachts
during high season, we suggest booking 2-3 months ahead.
Is AURA available 24/7?
Yes. AURA members have 24/7 access to our concierge team via
WhatsApp, phone, and email. Non-members can reach us during
business hours or submit inquiries anytime through our
contact form.
Do you handle group bookings or corporate events?
Absolutely. AURA specializes in curating group experiences,
private events, and corporate retreats. We can arrange multi-villa
bookings, exclusive venue buyouts, team-building activities, and
fully customized itineraries for groups of any size.
Payments & Policies
What payment methods do you accept?
AURA accepts bank transfers, credit cards, and cryptocurrency for
membership fees and service payments. Specific payment terms are
provided upon booking confirmation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary by service and vendor. Most villa and
yacht bookings require 30-60 days notice for full refunds.
Restaurant, nightclub, and event reservations typically require
48-72 hours notice. Your concierge will provide specific terms
when confirming each booking.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. AURA operates with complete transparency. All costs are
communicated upfront, including service fees, vendor payments, and
any applicable taxes. You will receive detailed breakdowns before
confirming any booking.
How does AURA ensure privacy and discretion?
Privacy is fundamental to AURA. We operate under strict
confidentiality agreements, never share client information, and
