3. Membership

AURA offers tiered membership (Essence, Elite, Imperial). Membership fees are non-refundable. Membership grants priority access but does not guarantee availability. AURA reserves the right to deny or revoke membership at its discretion.

4. Bookings & Payments

Payment Terms: Full payment or deposit is required to confirm bookings. Payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and cryptocurrency.
Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary by service provider. Refunds are subject to vendor policies and may incur AURA service fees.
Service Fees: AURA charges service fees for bookings and concierge coordination. All fees are disclosed upfront.

6. Limitation of Liability
